Three answers, on day one

Know your net worth

One number that adds up your investments, CPF, cash and property, then takes off your loans. Saved every day, so you can watch it move.

See the year you reach your Full Retirement Sum

Your CPF accounts projected under the real rules, month by month, so you can see the year your savings get there.

Track dividends with confirmed payout dates

Merlio works out what your holdings pay you and when. Singapore payout dates are cross-checked against several public sources.

Singapore-first, by design

Merlio does arithmetic against targets you set. It never tells you what to buy or sell.

  • CPF, not just a balance: OA, SA and MA follow the real rules, projected to age 55.
  • Dividend dates you can bank on: Singapore payout dates cross-checked across public sources.
  • Joint assets, correct math: your share of the mortgage counts, not the whole balance.
  • Your data stays yours: no broker logins, row-level security on every table.

Pricing

Free covers most: net worth across CPF, SRS, cash, property and loans, up to 20 holdings with live prices, dividends with payout dates, your retirement milestone and wealth forecast, and sharing with your partner. Premium adds the AI Analyst, unlimited holdings, and your net worth saved for you every day. Every new account gets a 60-day Premium trial with no card needed.

Questions worth asking before you sign up

Do you connect to my bank or brokerage?

No. You add holdings manually or paste a CSV from your broker. Two reasons: privacy (no third party ever sees your portfolio) and reliability (broker connections break and require constant maintenance). Most users find CSV import takes five minutes once a month.

Is my financial data safe?

Your data is stored in your own row in a Postgres database, protected by row-level security. No other user, and no third-party service, can read it. We don't sell data, and we don't have a data partner. The only way data leaves your row is when you export it.

Where do you get prices and dividends from?

Multiple public market data feeds. For SGX dividends, we reconcile across three sources to verify payable dates, which are notoriously unreliable from any single source. Prices update on-demand and cache for 10 minutes shared across users.

Does Merlio connect to CPF Board?

No. CPF Board doesn't expose a public API. You enter your current OA, SA, MA, and SRS balances; Merlio projects them forward using the actual compounding rules and your monthly contribution. Update balances when you check your SingPass.

Can I share my portfolio with my partner?

Yes. Per-category opt-in. You decide which of investments, CPF, SRS, cash, loans, property the other person can see. The view is read-only. Joint mortgages dedupe correctly so you don't double-count.

What's free and what's Premium?

Free covers the core tracking: your net worth across CPF, SRS, cash, property and loans, up to 20 holdings with live prices, dividends with payout dates, your retirement milestone and wealth forecast, what drove your returns, your own targets and gaps, and sharing with your partner. You can also save up to 24 net worth check-ins by hand. Premium adds three things: the AI Analyst, unlimited holdings, and your net worth saved for you every day, with unlimited history. Every new account gets a 60-day Premium trial. It starts when you sign up, and no card is needed.

Can I export my data?

Yes. CSV export of all your holdings and transactions. Your data is yours.

Is Merlio a licensed financial adviser?
