Can I import my portfolio data into Merlio?
Yes. Merlio supports CSV import for IBKR and StocksCafe, plus a generic CSV importer for any broker that exports a standard format. Tiger and Moomoo parsers are on the roadmap. For brokers not yet covered, manual entry of your current positions works well — most people find it takes about an hour for a 30-position portfolio.
Does Merlio handle dividend reinvestment?
Yes, dividend reinvestment is supported. If you reinvest distributions, you can log the reinvested units against the same holding and Merlio will reflect them in your cost basis and yield-on-cost calculations.
How is my data kept private?
Your data lives in Supabase with row-level security, scoped to your user ID on every personal table. It's never shared with other users unless you explicitly invite a partner via household mode, and even then, only the categories you opt in to are visible. See our privacy page for the full picture.
Does Merlio give financial advice?

What's household mode?
Household mode lets two partners see a combined view of their wealth without sharing logins. You invite your partner via a signed link, they accept, and you each choose which categories to share (investments, CPF, property, cash). Joint mortgages dedupe automatically via a shared asset ID, so the math doesn't double-count when both of you track the same loan. Partner rows are read-only on your side and vice versa.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the customer portal any time. You'll keep premium features until the end of your billing period, and your data stays intact in case you decide to come back.
Which exchanges are supported?
